Pueblo was picked to house the Professional Bull Riders World Headquarters, a four-story, 48,000 square foot building. The headquarters is being built along the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP), which is the city's newly constructed 26-acre urban waterfront experience. Terracon has provided environmental services to Actus Lend Lease and Tierra Vista since 2007 when construction began on Tierra Vista Communities. In March 2007, the U.S. Air Force selected Actus Lend Lease as its partner to develop, build, renovate, finance, and maintain 1,466 homes in Tierra Vista Communities. The University Village project required assembling 30 parcels, creating an Urban Renewal District, and securing funding through sources including City of Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority and UCCS. North Nevada was designated by the city council as an urban renewal site.
