Our local operations began as Empire Laboratories, which was later acquired by Terracon, combining strong local roots with national resources.
The Colorado Springs office serves commercial and public sector clients across southern Colorado. Our team delivers environmental, geotechnical, facilities, and materials services on a range of projects supporting infrastructure, utilities, aviation, and community development.
Notable clients include El Paso County, Colorado Springs Utilities, Colorado Springs Airport, the City and County of Pueblo, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Army.
