When sending a message through our contact form you may be asked for the following:

Personal information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records.
- Deidentified or aggregated consumer information.
- Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as:
o Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data;
o Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
As to any personal information that may obtained by Terracon, as identified above, Terracon obtains the information from the following categories of sources:

DO WE HONOR “DO NOT TRACK” BROWSER REQUESTS?
No. Our website does not support or comply with “Do Not Track” requests sent by your browser. If you do not want us to have any information about how to contact you, please do not fill out our form. If you do not want Google to track your use of our site please visit this page for Google’s information on opting out of tracking.
DO THIRD PARTIES TRACK YOUR INTERNET USAGE?
Definitely, but we have no agreements enabling third parties to track any information you submit to us, nor do we willingly share your information with any other company.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
