Terracon currently owns, operates, and maintains more than 140 laboratories serving all 50 states. Equipped to perform a wide variety of tests, our laboratories follow strict internal guidelines to deliver the most thorough and reliable data possible.
Our laboratory professionals combine materials expertise, sophisticated testing equipment, and a rigorous quality management system to deliver accurate, precise, timely results – along with the confidence that comes with them. Our national laboratory resources allow us to process large volumes of test specimens quickly, reducing the risk of delays to your critical project timelines. With a local presence, we have in depth familiarity with the specifications of numerous state and federal agencies.
Quality is the top priority of all our laboratory services. In addition to our internal Quality Management System (QMS), we maintain laboratory certification through multiple third-party, industry-recognized accrediting agencies. Our quality commitment is rooted in our core value of safety.
We also provide advanced shear strength, swell/consolidation, petrographic, steel, wood, geo-synthetics, and rock mechanics test data to meet testing needs for even the most complex structures.
