Located in the heart of Hampton Roads, our Virginia Beach office combines decades of geotechnical excellence with a deep commitment to the local community. Originally founded in 2000 as GET Solutions, Inc., our team joined Terracon in 2021 to better serve our clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We offer geotechnical engineering, materials testing and environmental consulting.
We’re proud to be recognized as the go-to geotechnical firm in the Hampton Roads area. Our clients rely on us for responsive service, practical solutions, and unmatched in-house resources. As one of the only firms in the region with local drilling equipment and certified soils and concrete testing laboratories, we deliver efficient, high-quality results that keep projects moving forward.
We’re a family-oriented team that values connection and collaboration. Our office culture is built on mutual respect and shared success, from regular employee appreciation events to everyday teamwork. We believe that when our people thrive, our projects do too.
Community involvement is at the heart of who we are. Each year, we host the Annual Rollie Dubbé Invitational Golf Tournament, honoring the legacy of Rollie Dubbé, a geotechnical engineer who served the Hampton Roads market for 30 years. Proceeds benefit the Rollie Dubbé ODU Scholarship Endowment, supporting future engineers at Old Dominion University.
We also sponsor youth organizations, sports teams, and initiatives like Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, Toys for Tots, and our annual food drive. Our team proudly supports the ODU Civil and Environmental Engineering Visiting Council by participating in the James A. Rives, Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament, which funds scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students in the CEE Department as well as the fall and spring seminars.
