Certain iconic structures come to mind when mentioning Seattle, and our Seattle Lynnwood office has performed Special Inspection and materials testing services on many of those structures to help bring them to life. We have contributed to various projects that benefit our community including the Port of Seattle, Seattle Aquarium, and the Seattle Convention Center. Our locally based Special Inspection and testing team has served clients in Seattle, Tacoma, and across the Pacific Northwest and beyond for decades, protecting our clients’ investments with an ongoing legacy of transparent, timely, and accurate inspection data and services.

Our Focus

It takes expertise and experience to provide services like reinforced concrete inspections, structural steel inspections, seismic code requirements, and concrete structure assessments. We are accredited by the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) to perform inspection services for reinforced concrete, prestressed (post-tensioned) concrete, shotcrete, structural masonry, structural steel/welding, spray-applied fireproofing, post-installed anchors, structural wood framing, and mass timber. We have one of the largest staffs of WABO-certified inspectors in the Pacific Northwest.

About Us

We are a close-knit office focused on partnership and working with our clients to invest in the short- and long-term health of their projects. While we specialize in Special Inspection and materials testing, we partner with Terracon’s Seattle and Tacoma offices to provide clients with a full range of services to help meet their goals throughout the project lifecycle.

We collaborate with our clients, regularly hosting lab tours and lunch & learn events. We also celebrate each other by recognizing birthdays and work anniversaries, and hosting game nights. We also partner with our Seattle office, in Mountlake Terrace, for cook-offs, trivia nights, barbecues, and an annual office celebration!
