We have been serving Minnesota since the 1960s. In 2021, we expanded into Rochester to better serve clients throughout southern Minnesota and broaden our reach across the upper Midwest. Our Rochester office complements our Minneapolis and St. Paul locations, enabling strong statewide coverage. Our Rochester team delivers complete project support, from early planning and environmental considerations to construction and asset management. We help clients make informed decisions, address regulatory and site-specific challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently. Using tools such as Compass, GIS data, Pivvot, instrumentation, and Stage1, we bring innovative, practical approaches to every project.

About Us

Across Minnesota, our teams provide environmental, geotechnical, geophysical, and materials services for transportation and infrastructure, commercial and industrial development, digital infrastructure, healthcare, power generation and transmission, and public-sector clients. More than 80 local professionals, including engineers, geologists, scientists, and technicians, work seamlessly across offices and can draw expertise from Terracon’s more than 200 offices nationwide.

We operate five drill rigs shared between the Twin Cities and Rochester, supported by Terracon’s national drilling fleet — the largest in the country. Our Minnesota laboratory is accredited through the AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP) and the Cement Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL), delivering high-quality, consistent testing results.
