The Gallup Organization (Gallup) entered into a contract with the City of Omaha to redevelop a portion of Omaha's downtown industrial area into a new Gallup training and technology campus along Omaha's riverfront corridor. The stately, 40-story, 633-foot tall office building is one of the key elements of a nine-square block redevelopment of downtown Omaha.
