Manchester

Terracon’s Manchester office is located in the heart of New Hampshire’s “Queen City,” in a historic shoe factory building situated along the Merrimack River. The Manchester office was originally founded in 1986 by Gary Jaworski, Ph.D., P.E., as Jaworski Geotech, Inc. (JGI). JGI was purchased by Terracon in 2007, becoming part of the national, award-winning, employee-owned consulting firm, which continues to provide reliable service to its Northeast regional clients.

Our primary services, offered to clients in both the public and private sectors, include environmental, geotechnical, and construction materials engineering and testing. Staff, in our Manchester office, provide hazardous building materials services (asbestos, lead paint, and mold related services), special inspections, and a full array of geotechnical assessment and design services, including our own drilling and geo physical equipment. Our environmental services include due diligence and investigation services, as well as compliance, permitting and forensic services, litigation support and expert testimony. We run a certified soil and concrete laboratory in Manchester and offer comprehensive Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping, database and visualization services. Our staff hold all applicable certificates and professional licenses, and manage projects that span many business sectors including transportation, energy, federal, legal, telecommunications, education, healthcare, and commercial and retail development.
