Fargo

The Terracon Fargo office is now the West Fargo office and has moved locations. In April of 2016, we moved to our current location at 860 9th St NE, Unit K in West Fargo.

Terracon’s capabilities were expanded in 2012 with the addition of an environmental services department. Our environmental staff includes personnel with more than 15 years of environmental consulting experience in Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, Asbestos, Lead-based Paint and Underground Storage Tank Assessments, assisting clients in North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota.

Established in 1975, the office previously known as Midwest Testing Laboratory, Inc. (Midwest Testing) had provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials engineering and testing services on a wide variety of projects in the upper Midwest, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana. Midwest Testing was acquired by Terracon in 2010 to allow for enhanced service in North Dakota and surrounding states. Midwest Testing specialized in projects such as flood control, bridges and overpasses, high-rise and large commercial buildings, retail developments, roads and runways, and slope stability. Midwest Testing offered geotechnical engineering services, specifically drilling, sampling, installations and laboratory services. They also offered construction materials testing services including concrete engineering, hot mix asphalt, roofing, and soils testing. The great service and staff provided at Midwest Testing can still be found today at Terracon’s West Fargo office.
