This session offers a review of the new AISC 341 regarding structural inspections for structures designed to seismic provisions and discuss lessons learned from the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Attendees will gain a better understanding of needed certifications, who can perform inspections on structural steel projects, applicable codes, and when seismic inspections are required.
