MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
True to its strategic plan, Terracon successfully expanded its capabilities and market presence by acquiring four specialized environmental firms in 2024, demonstrating dynamic acquisition leadership:
The Terracon Foundation demonstrated exceptional commitment to employee engagement in philanthropic projects and fundraising partnerships throughout 2024. Thanks to employee-owners who are actively engaged with the American Industrial Hygiene Assn. (AIHA), Terracon approved a landmark grant of $26,000 to the AIHA Foundation (AIHF) to establish the Women in Industrial Hygiene – Terracon Leadership Scholarship. The first scholarship will be announced at AIHA Connect 2025, and the endowed nature of the scholarship should allow one award per year in perpetuity.
