Facility Condition Assessment Services – Coverage Statewide
On-call services are available for statewide agencies andusers to use on an as-needed basis.
Terracon’s professional architects and engineers provide consulting services that will result in detailed and targeted condition assessments of managed buildings. Data provided by the comprehensive facility condition assessment will identify all deficient conditions in terms of deferred major maintenance, capital repair, building life and safety code non-compliance, and functional adequacy to meet institutional objectives.
Services are available to members of the State Purchasing Cooperative, which includes all Arizona political subdivisions, including cities, counties, school districts, and special districts. Membership is also available to non-profit organizations, other state governments, the federal government, and tribal nations.
Contract Term:
- Start: 5/4/2022
- Twelve (12) months unless cancelled, terminated, or permissibly extended.
- Extensions: State may at its discretion extend the initial Contract term in increments of one or more months and do so one or more times, provided that the maximum aggregate term of the Contract including extensions cannot exceed the maximum aggregate term of five (5) years.
