OLATHE, KAN. – Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers, scientists, architects, facilities experts, and field professionals, announces CEO and President Gayle Packer has been named 2025 CEO of the Year by the Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG).
Packer was presented with the award during EFCG’s Annual CEO Conference, held September 29 – October 1, 2025 in Dana Point, California. EFCG noted that under Packer’s leadership, Terracon has not only accelerated its growth trajectory and elevated its industry profile but done so with an unwavering commitment to employees and clients.
The award recognizes Packer’s exceptional leadership and impact driving Terracon’s continued growth without compromising safety. In recent years Terracon has been recognized with numerous awards at state and national levels from industry organizations such as American Council of Engineering Companies, Associated General Contractors, Environmental Business Journal and Climate Change Business Journal.
