He has 34 years of experience and has managed thousands of due diligence projects across the United States, Canada, and Mexico as well as experience in Europe and Asia. Dana specializes in merger and acquisition environmental due diligence, particularly for the financial, legal, and investment marketplaces. He advocates for team-oriented, client-focused, and innovative approaches in the due diligence business.

With 25 years of experience in the Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S), Industrial Hygiene, Consulting Engineering and Testing industries, Greg maintains a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate and financial industry and the dynamics impacting our clients and the markets we serve.

Christopher Green, P.G.

Senior National Account Manager, Principal (615) 490-7239 christopher.green@terracon.com Christopher Green has extensive experience as both a technical project lead and a client development manager, including the management of projects across service lines from environmental, geotechnical, materials testing and facilities. His technical experience includes due diligence projects, including site selection with Terracon’s Stage1 Platform, Phase I ESAs, Phase II, and Limited Site Investigations (LSIs).  Chris is experienced with geophysical investigative tools and has been involved with designing and implementing various remedial efforts and treatment systems, including in-situ remediation/bioremediation processes.
