Harbor joined Terracon in 2024. They have served clients in Arkansas, across the country, and internationally since 2007, providing environmental consulting services and innovative, sustainable solutions. Harbor integrates innovative technologies and ideas into the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of client projects, with a focus on environmental and social stewardship. The office partners with clients to provide engineering, compliance, sustainability, and digital solution services. Harbor is supported by Terracon’s Little Rock Pollution Management Inc. (PMI) office, and other offices in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia, Nevada, Massachusetts, and Oklahoma.
