Terracon’s Little Rock office opened its doors in 1993 as Genesis Environmental Consulting, Inc., primarily focusing on solid waste engineering services. After its acquisition by Terracon in 2004, the office diversified its environmental services and added geotechnical engineering and materials testing divisions. Our employees are experts in environmental policies, regulations and concerns, construction materials procedures and codes, and local geologic conditions.
