Terracon Names David Proctor Director of Federal Infrastructure    

OLATHE, Kan. – Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers and professionals in a variety of related disciplines, announces David Proctor has been named director of federal infrastructure. The strategic change is designed to support client service, innovation, and project delivery as the company continues to grow its presence nationally.

In this new role, Proctor leads technology operations and security services supporting how the company handles sensitive federal information. He works closely with Terracon’s federal sector, information security, and operations leaders to verify the environment remains secure, resilient, compliant, and ready to support federal clients and project teams. 

“Expanding our dominance in federal markets requires navigating the constantly changing federal cybersecurity landscape,” said Kevin Green, Terracon’s chief information security officer. “David’s wealth of experience, intimate knowledge of our systems, and proven record of partnership across the organization makes him the right person to lead this effort.”

Since joining Terracon in 2011, Proctor has held several technology leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including manager of IT infrastructure, IT infrastructure supervisor, and lead network and system administrator. Proctor holds numerous professional certifications and is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University.Wisconsin and California, and a certified construction manager.
