Terracon Names Frank Lazaro Director of Product

OLATHE, Kan. – Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers, scientists, architects, facilities experts, and field professionals, announces Frank Lazaro has been named director of product, focused on the adoption of emerging technologies, driving efficiency, and achieving measurable growth. In this strategic role, Lazaro will guide product development for digital services and data delivery in alignment with client needs.

Lazaro brings more than two decades of experience driving revenue, shaping strategic visions, and capturing multimillion-dollar pursuits across infrastructure, engineering and technology sectors. Before joining Terracon, he worked as an advisory practice lead for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, senior vice president of marketing, chief marketing officer and director of client services and innovation.

Lazaro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Kean University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. He also recently earned his Doctor of Business Administration degree from South College, with a focus on organizational leadership, digital products, and innovation.
