Terracon Announces Power Generation and Transmission Leadership Additions

Roles focus on clients in emerging power, transmission and distribution

OLATHE, Kan. – Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers, scientists, architects, facilities experts, and field professionals, announces strategic changes to support client service, innovation, and project delivery as the company continues to grow its power generation and transmission (PG&T) business.

As the company continues to refine its organization to support long-term growth, two key leadership roles have been filled:

Maryline Daviaud Lewett headshot

• Maryline Daviaud Lewett, MBA, has joined Terracon as national client manager for emerging power markets including nuclear, natural gas, hydrogen, geothermal, and others. Daviaud Lewett brings more than 25 years’ experience in the clean energy and transportation sectors to her new role. She has held positions in distributed and sustainable infrastructure deployments, with extensive expertise in site selection, design engineering, permitting, utility planning, procurement, and construction. Daviaud Lewett earned her economics bachelor’s degree in France, and a master’s degree in sustainability management from the Presidio Graduate School. She also holds an Envision Sustainability Professional certificate from the Institute of Sustainable Design. She is based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Rob Hernandez headshot

• Rob Hernandez, MBA, P.E., has been named national manager for the company’s power generation group with a focus on transmission and distribution. In this role, he will develop and foster long-term national client relationships, provide client development leadership working with local and regional operations to build the Power Generation and Transmission client base, and develop new project leads. Since joining Terracon in 2006, Rob has served as geotechnical project engineer, geotechnical department manager, and in leadership as national manager overseeing client development activities related to Terracon’s tools and services that support site selection. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the University of Utah, and a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University. He is based in southern New Mexico.

Maryline and Rob bring the right combination of experience, skills, and innovation to their roles, allowing us to provide our clients with a consistently excellent experience,” said Mike Heller, vice president and national director of PG&T for Terracon.
