Terracon Names Michael Yost Chief Administrative Officer

OLATHE, Kan.Terracon, a leading national consulting engineering firm comprised of engineers, scientists, architects, facilities experts, and field professionals announces Michael (Mike) Yost, has been named chief administrative officer.

The strategic change is designed to support Terracon’s corporate and business operations in client service, innovation, and project delivery as the company continues to grow its presence nationally. Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience at Terracon, Yost is responsible for the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, corporate services operations, and the corporate headquarters office in Olathe. He serves as corporate secretary, and also oversees the information security, legal, and mergers and acquisitions teams. Additionally, Yost will provide oversight of Terracon’s national partnership efforts, within the A/E/C industry and community-focused efforts. He most recently served as chief legal officer.

Yost earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri and actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and the Geoprofessional Business Association.
