Founded in 1920, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) brings together engineering professionals from the public and private sectors to lead collaborative efforts to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges.

Engaging in SAME leadership opportunities helps participating Terracon employee-owners better understand the challenges from across a variety of disciplines, including architecture, engineering, construction, environmental and facility management, cyber security, project planning, contracting and acquisition. Further, Posts enable members to connect on the local level where they can make effective impacts in where they live and work.

We’re proud to be sustaining members in 40 SAME posts nationwide, with more than 70 employee-owners participating as individual SAME members across the country.

“We appreciate the opportunity to lead and actively participate in SAME industry-government engagement, leadership development, and other activities to help ourselves, and the industry, better serve the national-security infrastructure challenges of our nation,” said Jeff Davis, F.SAME, Terracon national director of federal services.

Congratulations to these Terracon offices and employee-owners for their SAME awards and leadership positions in 2023-24.
