  • The 300-linear foot limit for losses of stream bed has been removed.
  • The aggregate NWP limit for loss of waters of the United States, including wetlands is ½ acre.
  • Regional Conditions developed by the USACE District offices and/or state conditions supersede threshold limits for impacts to aquatic resources identified in the NWP guidance.
  • In most cases the Regional Conditions have more stringent permitting and mitigation threshold requirements.
