On behalf of the Lone Pine Hunter's Club (LPHC), Terracon completed a Supplemental Site Investigation (SSI) and Remedial Action Plan (RAP) in accordance with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) Contaminated Site Management Rules Env-Or 600 for the rifle and pistol shooting ranges located at 112 Rideout Road in the town of Hollis, N.H.
Based on the findings of the RAP, Terracon has proposed treatment of lead, arsenic, and antimony contaminated soil by on-site bullet separation via Pneumatic Separation Process with chemical stabilization of the remaining lead impacted soils. This process compared to other alternatives was estimated to potentially save the client approximately $30,000.
