Terracon has provided single-source environmental, geotechnical, and construction materials engineering and testing/inspection services associated with M&I Bank's development of multiple retail branches in metropolitan Phoenix since 2004. Terracon has performed phase I environmental site assessments for undeveloped tracts of land associated with new M&I Bank retail sites. Terracon has provided geotechnical engineering reports of M&I Bank sites for use by other engineering consultants and contractors in the design and construction of foundations, slabs, and pavements. Terracon provides asphalt, concrete, and soils testing services directly to M&I Support Services Corporation during the construction of M&I Bank projects.
