Nodarse provided preliminary site due diligence, design level geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing, including floor flatness testing, on-site structural steel, masonry, and precast inspections and tests, off site inspection of steel fabrication shops, concrete and grout batch plants, and precast plants. This $480 million, 10-story, 875,000-square-foot events center provides seating for 18,500 patrons, and be expandable to 20,000 seats. The main cast in place concrete arena structure is founded on 1,500 auger pressure grout displacement piles, while other portions of the structure utilize conventional shallow foundations. The seating bowl is comprised of precast structural members. Main steel roof trusses are 380' long and 38' deep. Exterior walls include precast concrete panels, metal panels, and glass curtain walls.
