Her consulting expertise includes complex program and project management for commercial\, industrial\, government and transportation clients.\nScott Gable\n\nScott Gable has 30 years of environmental work history with significant experience in site investigation and remediation for redevelopment and re-use of commercial\, municipal\, and federal properties within and outside the contiguous U.S. including Alaska\, Hawaii and multiple international locations. . Mr. Gable is a California Professional Geologist\, Certified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planner and Practitioner (QSD/QSP) with remedial and traditional construction safety and quality control experience with Redevelopment and Economic Development agencies in municipalities across northern California.\nBelinda Richard\n\nBelinda Richard is Terracon’s National Brownfields Program Manager and has over 20 years of environmental experience with the past 14 years dedicated to the brownfields program. She has assisted more than 50 brownfield programs in implementing over $30 million dollars of federal brownfields grant funding.\nBecky Horace\, MPA\n\nBecky Horace\, MPA is the Grants Coordinator for Terracon’s Brownfields Program and is responsible for the coordination of brownfield grant applications. Her experience in local government provides a perspective and insight to developing a strategy focused on redevelopment efforts within a community; examples include innovative incorporation of parks and multi-use recreational trails while enhancing existing infrastructure.\nLinda Yang\, P.G.*\n\nLinda Yang\, P.G. is a Senior Principal with Terracon Consultants\, Inc. and leads Terracon’s services in the greater Chicago and surrounding area. She has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience specializing at site characterization\, remediation and complex program management.\nAmanda Herrit\, M.S.\, CPESC\, QHP\n\nAmanda M. Herrit\, M.S.\, CPESC\, QHP\, is a Senior Environmental Scientist with Terracon. Ms. Herrit provides environmental consulting services including: EPA Brownfield Grant writing and program management\, State Brownfield Program assistance\, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)\, NEPA Assessments\, and natural resource services – stream assessment and restoration\, aquatic habitat assessment\, EPA Rapid Bioassessment protocols\, and aquatic macroinvertebrate taxonomy.\nTice Welborn\, P.G.*\n\nTice Welborn\, P.G.\, is a Senior Geologist and Brownfields Consultant. He has over 12 years of experience in environmental consulting with 11 years focused primarily on Brownfields Consulting. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in South Carolina and North Carolina.
