SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – John Mancini, P.E., has joined Terracon as national account manager. He is responsible for serving clients and securing opportunities for the company. This includes acting as a single point of contact for my clients, ensuring that deliverables meet company standards and client expectations, and interfacing with company staff and client representatives.
Mancini has more than 23 years of experience in the geo-environmental consulting industry. As a geotechnical engineer, he performed a complete range of duties: geotechnical and geophysical field exploration programs; laboratory testing; construction observation and evaluation; design of deep and shallow foundations, retaining structures, slopes, excavations, pavement, embankments; field instrumentation and monitoring; dewatering; forensic investigations; dispute resolution. He has managed a 12-person office and acted as Project Manager for countless geotechnical studies. He has more than 10 years of client development and service experience, including managing large national client accounts and mentoring associate and junior staff.
He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from Utah State University.
