Ellingson Joins Terracon as Office Manager in Fargo, N.D.

FARGO, N.D. – Jonathan Ellingson, P.G., is the Office Manager at Terracon’s Fargo, North Dakota office. He is responsible for the overall operation of the Environmental, Geotechnical, Materials, and Facilities Departments. Ellingson is responsible for managing these departments, promoting continued development and growth, and increasing consulting services within North Dakota and the surrounding region. He is responsible for assuring the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures are followed and implementing Terracon’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety policies and practices.

Ellingson has more than 17 years of proven project management experience, concentrating on efficiency, productivity, and customer service. Much of his professional career practice has focused on mineral exploration, mineral assessments and evaluations, developing mine sites, mine planning, reclamation, and post-mine land-use planning. He has extensive experience working with local, township, county and state agencies, and permitting authorities. Ellingson was also responsible for starting and managing a new office in Bismarck, North Dakota for a major global consulting company, specializing in spill response and remediation for the oil and gas industry and completing exploration and evaluations for mineral resources.

He holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of North Dakota.
