DALLAS, Texas — Andrew C. Verity has joined Terracon as a National Account Manager based out of Terracon’s Dallas office. Andrew is responsible for select accounts that have national needs and high volume. He will coordinate national client projects among the more than 140 Terracon offices and will also act as a liaison between the client and internal personnel to ensure that the needs of the client are consistently met, on time.
Verity brings more than 20 years of geotechnical engineering and business development experience to his new position. He comes to Terracon from Gerdau Long Steel North America, where he held business development responsibilities that encompassed all of North America. Before that, he held geotechnical engineering and management positions of increasing responsibility in Europe and in the U.S.
Verity earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering, from the University of London, and he attended Cambridge University (Kings College) on a research scholarship. He currently serves as chairman for the Driven Pile Committee with the Deep Foundations Institute.
