Harbison Joins Terracon's Tampa Office

TAMPA, Fla. — James Harbison joined Terracon’s Tampa office as the industrial hygiene manager for Florida. Harbison will be responsible for expanding Terracon’s environmental health and safety services in Florida, incorporating design and air monitoring services into current asbestos services, as well as developing indoor air quality, lead and mold services.

Harbison comes from Terracon’s Charlotte, N.C., office, where he served since 1999 as the environmental health and safety department manager.

Harbison has more than 17 years of experience in the industrial hygiene industry and is an accredited lead risk assessor/inspector and asbestos air monitor, designer and inspector. He has performed numerous indoor air quality studies and mold assessments in the private and public sectors, with a strong background in health care systems, municipalities and telecommunications.
