Proposed 125-Mile Petroleum Pipeline and Terminal

Terracon conducted an environmental assessment to comply with the Bureau of Land Management and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements for a proposed refined product pipeline replacement (upgrade from 6-inch to 10-inch diameter) in an existing right-of-way and for a new pipeline (10-inch diameter) and terminal site. The project also included upgrades to two booster pump stations. The NEPA environmental assessment evaluation included site specific biology, geology, soils, cultural resources, and hydrogeological environments. Terracon also assessed the potential air quality impacts from the proposed terminal site and performed a preliminary geotechnical investigation for the proposed site.
