In 2008, WPC, A Terracon Company, staff began work on the EFACEC project on Highway 21 in Rincon, Ga. The project featured two buildings; a 230,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and a 17,000-square-foot office building. WPC personnel performed auger-cast pile monitoring, cage reinforcement inspections, grout testing, and engineering oversight to a three-rig simultaneous auger-cast pile placement operation. MOre than 2,400 piles were placed and tested post-placement by SSL and Pulse Echo Testing. WPC personnel also performed special inspections on all concrete reinforced structures.

Terracon's Savannah Office was established in 2002 as one of WPC's offices. WPC joined Terracon in 2009. The Savannah office serves a multiple of clients ranging from civil engineering and architectural firms, city, county, and state governments, as well as different Department of Defense agencies.
