Terracon was selected to perform geotechnical exploration and construction materials engineering and testing for the Mayfair Woods project located in Wauwatosa, Wis. Terracon provided the testing and observation services for the construction of the approximately 170,000 square-foot, four-story office building and approximate 68,000 square foot, three-level parking garage.

Terracon developed Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for more than 200 sites owned by Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. The sites include electrical substations, hydroelectric facilities, coal, gas, and nuclear power plants and warehouse/garage facilities. Using resources from multiple offices, Terracon completed visits to each of the sites within a two-month period. Terracon was retained to perform construction materials engineering and testing services for the new Cardiac Tower and West Parking Structure at the St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. St. Luke's Cardiac Tower Addition project included the construction of a seven-story addition over an existing five-story parking structure.
