Nodarse's Miami office opened in July 2004 and primarily serves Dade and Broward Counties. This office has maintained contracts with Miami-Dade County Government, School District of Broward County, South Florida Water Management District, US Army Corps of Engineers, and Florida Department of Transportation District 6. This full-service, 3,200-square-foot facility provides geotechnical and materials testing services. It is CMEC certified.

Nodarse provided oversight related to the driven pile program, construction materials testing for site development, infrastructure and structures, and both on and off-site inspections of structural steel including welded and bolted connections. Members of the Nodarse Team were involved with Fabricating Shop inspections of all long span girders and joists insuring that properly certified welders were utilized, that proper grade, size and thickness of angle steel were used, and that welds passed visual inspection for quality assurance.
