Terracon was retained by Johnson Development to provide construction materials testing and special inspection services for the new 67,000 sq. ft. Singing River Medical Office Building. This building is a part of the Singing River Medical Office Park, consisting of two hospitals in addition to this office building.
Terracon services included monitoring the installation of augercast pile foundation system, earthwork monitoring, field density testing, foundation evaluation, observation of reinforcing steel, concrete testing and structural steel inspection.

Terracon was retained by the Airport Development Group for a series of apron expansions at the Stennis International Airport, which began in 2012. Terracon has performed special inspections during construction on the North, South and Middle Apron expansions.
