The Greenville office specializes in geotechnical, environmental, non-destructive testing and construction materials testing services. The Greenville office currently has 20 full time staff members and was originally established in March of 1997 under the ownership of Titan Atlantic Group, Inc. In June of 2004, Titan Atlantic Group joined Terracon Consultants, Inc. They have provided professional engineering consulting services on numerous projects in eastern North Carolina.

This stadium is the fourth largest football stadium in North Carolina. In 2010, the stadium held record attendance of 50,410 football fans due in part to the most recent $20 million, 7,000 seat, east end zone expansion project. The expansion construction was completed within eight months and just in time for the football season. Restroom and concession stands were built under this new section and above the east end zone, the existing scoreboard was removed and replaced with the 22nd largest scoreboard in the NCAA. An impressive $160 million six-story, Heart Institute built to provide clinical care and research for cardiovascular disease. The world class facility connects to the existing Pitt County Memorial Hospital building. Terracon provided geotechnical services consisting of 17 test borings, multiple pile load tests and monitoring of auger cast pile installation. Terracon was selected to perform construction materials testing for this $121.4 million dollar state-of-the-art feed mill, hatchery, poultry processing plant, waste water treatment plant and rail spur located on separate sites in Lenoir County, NC. The poultry complex has the capacity to process 1.25 million birds per week for the retail chill pack market. Construction for the sites was performed in approximately 14 months.
