Construction Administration

Construction administration can start as early in the construction process as assisting the client with the development of a qualified bidders list. Terracon can provide a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for contractors on a specific project, review the submittals and make recommendations for a bidders list. When required, we assist clients with the creation of the project advertisement. We further assist clients with the actual bidding process starting with conducting the pre-bid meeting, recording the meeting minutes, responding to questions, a review of the bid tabulation and a recommendation to the client for award.

Once the investigation is completed, the Terracon team can provide the necessary steps to implement the fix. These steps include construction document preparation, assistance with the bidding process and complete construction administration.

In cases where the failure occurs to an extent that attorneys are required, then one of Terracon’s senior professionals can provide support during dispute resolution, arbitration and, in extreme cases, the trial.
