Terracon Announces New National Director of Federal Services

OLATHE, Kan. —  Frederick “Fritz” Heneman has joined Terracon as the national director of federal services. Heneman will be responsible for the overall development and strategic growth of Terracon’s federal services. He will work out of Terracon’s Denver office.

Throughout his 30 years of professional experience, Heneman has a tremendous background working within the Department of Defense and multiple engineering consultant firms. His primary focus has been in federal program services including: environmental; architectural/engineering; chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) research, development and acquisition (RD&A); and chemical detection, monitoring and demilitarization.

Heneman has a master’s degree in chemistry from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in procurement/contract management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel.
